# Networks available

> Configure the devnet, test mainnet, or mainnet wallet environment.

Pass the target network to `C8WalletProvider` via the `network` option.

> **devnet**
>
> Development environment for integration testing with non-production assets.

> **testmainnet**
>
> Test wallet environment backed by the mainnet-compatible API.

> **mainnet**
>
> Production Canton network for live deployments and real assets.

  network: "devnet",
});
```

If you omit `network`, the SDK connects to `mainnet`.

> Always verify you are pointing at the correct network before signing transactions in production.
